John Runkle is an Associate Director for Berkadia’s Seattle, WA Mortgage Banking office. Since joining Berkadia in 2019, John has been involved in over 75 multifamily financing transactions totaling more than $1.3 billion in aggregate loan originations.
Prior to his position as an Associate Director, John worked as a Financial Analyst for Berkadia Seattle Investment Sales assisting in the underwriting, marketing, and sale of multifamily assets throughout the Southwest region.
John graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and a minor in Sustainability from San Diego State University.
