Jordan Skyles

Jordan Skyles is a Managing Director for Berkadia Affordable Housing based in Boise, ID.

Jordan joined LIHTC Advisors in 2014 for a total experience of just over six years. He started as a financial analyst while eventually working up to Director of Operations then Director. Jordan has heavily assisted on the marketing of properties and procuring of offers. He helped increase LIHTC Advisors Annual Investment Sales from $50 million in 2014 to $650 million in 2019.

Jordan Skyles attended the University of Oregon and Boise State University, graduating from Boise State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree (BBA). Jordan competed on the Varsity Golf Team at both the University of Oregon and Boise State University. Jordan was a Scholar Athlete at the University of Oregon in 2010-2011 and was twice named to the All-Mountain West Conference Academic Team while at Boise State. Jordan is also a licensed real estate salesperson within Idaho.
