Jordyn Kelly joined Berkadia in 2026 as a Vice President of Berkadia’s Medical and Life Sciences platform, based in Denver. Jordyn brings a wealth of knowledge as a healthcare real estate investment and capital markets professional with experience spanning acquisitions, dispositions, and advisory. Jordyn will oversee all phases of the sale and financing process from pre-marketing through closing, managing timelines, due diligence, investor communication, and closing deliverables to ensure an efficient, well-coordinated transaction and strong client experience.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Kelly served as Director of Business Development at Welltower, where she sourced, evaluated, and lead healthcare real estate investment opportunities, supporting outpatient medical portfolio disposition efforts, and developing and managing relationships with owners, brokers, developers, and operators to expend the acquisition pipeline while aligning sourcing strategies.
Previously, Kelly was a Vice President at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company leading execution of healthcare real estate transactions representing physician owners, negotiating LOIs, PSAs, and leases, and coordinating due diligence and closings for sale-leaseback and portfolio transactions while advising clients on market conditions, valuation, and capital markets trends.
Earlier in her career, she was a Transaction Coordinator at Hammes Partners, leading healthcare real estate acquisitions and managing the full due diligence and closing process on more than $450 million transactions, and an Analyst at Monarch Investment and Management Group
Kelly is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Denver.
