Joseph Mandeville is an Associate Director for Berkadia Affordable Housing, based in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, he is responsible for executing, structuring, and originating Affordable Housing transactions. Joseph brings extensive LIHTC experience to Berkadia, showcasing a deep expertise in the field.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Joseph worked on the Affordable Housing Originations team at Red Capital where he managed deals from underwriting through closing, assessed lending opportunities, and managed client relationships. Joseph’s experience with market research and data analysis lends to his ability to evaluate opportunities to deliver excellent client service.
