Justin Sigmon is a Senior Director – Acquisitions with Berkadia Affordable Housing. He has over 14 years of experience in affordable housing, including as an accountant, real estate consultant, developer, underwriter, syndicator, and equity originator.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Justin worked for some of the top names in the affordable housing industry, including KeyBank, LHP Capital, Wells Fargo and CohnReznick. Justin has experience with Affordable Housing Tax Credits, Historic Credits, New Markets Tax Credits, Renewable Energy Credits, and a wide of variety investment structures and financing solutions. He has closed over $1 billion in tax-advantaged equity investments during his career, helping to build stronger communities throughout the entire United States.
Justin earned his Master of Accounting degree and Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from North Carolina State University.
