Larissa Isenberg is an Associate Director with Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality specializing in investment sales. She has worked extensively on and is primarily responsible for underwriting and executing hotel investment advisory transactions along with debt and equity placement assignments. She also has significant experience with distress and bankruptcy solutions. Since joining Berkadia in 2018, Larissa has been involved with closing over $700 million in hotel transactions.
Larissa graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in hospitality management and minors in real estate and statistics.
