Lisa Burgess is a Senior Vice President, Capital Markets in Berkadia’s Boston office. Lisa Burgess has 25 years professional experience growing senior housing and care operating companies by sourcing, structuring, negotiating, financing and closing complex healthcare/real estate transactions, and designing a Portfolio Management structure to integrate them into post-closing. Since joining Berkadia in 2024, Lisa has been involved in managing the balance sheet bridge financing process for seniors as well as identification and management of third-party lending relationships to augment Senior Housing and Care dedicated bridge financing.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Lisa’s experience included M&A, Financing and Portfolio Management for Epoch Senior Living, Benchmark Senior Living, Post Acute Partners, Wingate Healthcare and Care One.
