Matt McDonough is an Associate Director with Berkadia Philadelphia Investment Sales, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily housing assets on behalf of a range of clients from private individuals to institutions. Matt has been a commercial real estate professional since 2018 and since joining Berkadia in 2021, has been involved in over $1.6 Billion worth of transactions comprised of over 8,000 apartment units.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Matt served as a Senior Analyst at Newmark providing valuation and advisory services.
