Michael Spero joined Berkadia in 2021 and is a Senior Director leading the Kansas City office. Over the course of his investment sales career, he has worked transactions totaling more than 8,400 units and over $800 million in value. Additionally, he is actively working on sales totaling more than 500 units and over $120 million in combined value.
Michael is routinely featured as a guest speaker at Kansas City area real estate events and also provides commentary to both local and regional commercial real estate publications. He is a licensed salesperson in Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska. Michael began his real estate career in the San Francisco Bay Area working with family in Silicon Valley.
