Mike Canori is a Senior Managing Director with Berkadia Affordable Housing, based in Irvine, California. In his role, Mr. Canori focuses on the valuation and disposition of Section 42, Section 8, and mixed income multifamily assets. He brings extensive experience across all facets of affordable housing including engagement with federal and state regulatory agencies, HUD, and financial analysis. 

Prior to joining Berkadia, Mr. Canori was an Executive Vice President with CBRE Affordable Housing, where he specialized in investment advisory services for affordable multifamily assets nationwide. Over the course of his tenure, he participated in the disposition of $7.8 billion in real estate value and established long-term relationships with investors, developers, and owners in the affordable housing community on a national level. 

Mr. Canori holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance from the University of Washington – Michael G. Foster School of Business.
