Omar Morales serves as Senior Director on Berkadia’s Investment Sales team, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping South Florida’s evolving real estate landscape. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in more than $3.7 billion in multifamily and land sales, advising institutional owners, private investors, developers and family offices on complex transactions across the region.
Known for his analytical precision and market intuition, Omar is frequently entrusted with exclusive listings, large-scale multifamily dispositions and intricate land transactions. His transactional expertise earned him recognition as a “CoStar Power Broker” for the last four years (2021-2024) and he was on Commercial Observer’s 2024 “Power South Florida” list as well.
A respected voice within the industry, Omar was the chairman of ULI Southeast Florida’s Young Leaders Group and a 2025 graduate of its Leadership Institute, joining a select cohort of professionals committed to advancing thoughtful development and regional growth.
In 2026, he joined Florida International University’s Real Estate Council, an invite-only advisory board that supports student recruitment, placement and mentorship, and provides insight and advice on real-world, day-to-day business trends.
Beyond brokerage, Omar resides in Brickell and is the host of the widely followed podcast Miami Dealmakers, where he conducts candid, in-depth conversations with prominent developers, investors, public officials and visionaries influencing South Florida’s trajectory. Miami Dealmakers has landed on Spotify’s Top 5% of video podcasts worldwide for two years in a row.
