Pat Garlich has over 10 years in commercial real estate experience with a focused approach to the Multifamily section of the industry. In 2016, Pat joined Berkadia and helped support client’s financing needs by taking advantage of Berkadia’s extensive lender network including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/HUD, Life Companies, and Conduit’s. Since joining Berkadia, he has been involved with over $1 billion in loan transactions.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Pat worked for a real estate management and investment team based out of Kansas City as a financial analyst and later joined their acquisition team.
