Mr. Jenson is the President of Berkadia, a leading national commercial real estate mortgage banking, brokerage and loan servicing firm, and joint venture between Berkshire Hathaway and Jefferies Financial Group (formerly Leucadia National Corporation). Mr. Jenson joined Berkadia in 2011.
In 2002, Mr. Jenson co-founded Ranch Capital, a private investment firm, and served as its president until 2019. While at Ranch Capital he also served as Chief Financial Officer of Hawaiian Holdings, Inc., the parent company of Hawaiian Airlines, a Ranch Capital portfolio company from 2004 to 2005. Prior to co-founding Ranch Capital, Mr. Jenson held various positions at Leucadia National Corporation, including business development and president and CEO of its Banking and Lending Operations.
