Prior to the merger with Berkadia, Rick utilized his well-honed sales skills during his 10 years with Hendricks & Partners ‒ and before that, 14 years with the Dietz Organization ‒ to accomplish great things in the multifamily space: Rick, together with business partner (and current Great Lakes team member), Rick Vidrio, developed and expanded brokerage activity throughout the Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Pennsylvania, and Kentucky markets with outstanding success.
