Ryan Lindgren is a Senior Managing Director based out of Austin, Texas specializing in Investment Sales throughout the Central United States for Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality. He specializes in institutional-grade hotels and resort property transactions throughout North America. His focus is primarily on the Central United States, including investment advisory, and debt and equity placements.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Ryan was a Managing Director at Hodges Ward Elliott. Additionally, Ryan has held senior roles within the hotel industry at companies such as HFF, Waterton, Watermark Capital/Carey Watermark and EY. Ryan has 14 years of direct hotel real estate transaction experience and has been involved in over $3.0 billion in hotel real estate transactions in both principal and brokerage roles.
Ryan earned a B.B.A. in Hospitality Management from Georgia State University.
