Sam Kasteler joined Berkadia in 2024 and currently serves as an Associate Director on Berkadia’s Affordable Housing Investment Sales team. Sam specializes in the valuation and disposition of affordable housing throughout the United States. To date, he has been involved in the disposition of over $500 million of affordable housing.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Sam spent three years at a high-growth Financial Technology startup and was a Financial Analyst intern with LIHTC Advisors, LLC, assisting on the underwriting and marketing of affordable housing. Sam holds a bachelor’s in finance from Utah State University.
