Steffan Braunlich is a Senior Director specializing in the sale of multifamily properties in the South Bay and lower Westside markets. Since joining Berkadia in 2011, Steffan has become the preeminent apartment broker from Playa del Rey to the South Bay and generating over $600 million in sales.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Steffan was an advisor with CB Richard Ellis Multi-Housing Group in the South Bay.
Steffan is a Los Angeles native and attended Loyola High School. Subsequently, he graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, College of Business with a degree in management. In addition, Steffan played three years of men’s varsity NCAA ice hockey and one year of minor professional ice hockey.
