Steve Bevilacqua is the Vice President – Securities Trading at Berkadia. In this role, Mr. Bevilacqua manages capital markets activities related to Berkadia’s mortgage banking agency business including loan pricing, trading, and investor relationships, as well as, providing business analysis for Berkadia’s Fannie Mae and FHA lending programs. In addition to the securities trading role, Mr. Bevilacqua curates economic analysis for Berkadia as a core member of the thought leadership team where he is responsible for providing real-time feedback on economic conditions and creating economic content for distribution to Berkadia’s vast mortgage banking network.
Mr. Bevilacqua received his bachelor’s degree from the Haub School of Business at St. Joseph’s University, and his MBA from Villanova University.
