Steven Jones serves as a Director for Investment Sales out of the Cleveland, OH office. Steven Jones has over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate sector and has a wide range of experiences across disciplines within the multifamily asset class.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Steven served as Senior Vice President at Chase Properties where he completed over $121 million in transaction volume since 2021. He began his real estate career on the multifamily asset management team at Starwood Capital Group before transitioning to acquisitions at Lincoln Property Company and Benefit Street Partners. His experiences range from brand-new, Class-A developments to affordable housing and deep value-add properties.
Steven received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
