Stewart Campbell is a Senior Managing Director of Berkadia and leads the New York Mortgage Banking platform. Mr. Campbell has been a commercial mortgage banker for over 30 years and has been with Berkadia and predecessor companies since 2005. Stewart works with new and existing clients advising and placing debt and equity financing around the country. Having closed more than $9 billion in debt and equity transactions, Stewart has extensive knowledge of agency financing, CMBS, Local and National Banks, Life Companies and debt funds.

Stewart holds a BA in Economics from The University at Albany and is active with various national and local trade associations including the Mortgage Bankers Association, Urban Land Institute, and The Real Estate Finance Association of Connecticut.
