Thomas Miraglia serves as the Special Counsel. Mr. Miraglia was formerly the Chief Legal Officer at Berkadia from Berkadia’s inception in 2009 through June 2026. A veteran of Berkadia and its predecessor companies since 1999, Mr. Miraglia currently focuses on special assignments and contributes on high-risk matters.
