Victoria Marks is a Director for Berkadia Student Housing Investment Sales based in Atlanta, Georgia. Victoria specializes in the sourcing and disposition of student housing assets across the United States, with a specialized focus on private capital and middle market space primarily throughout the Southeast.
With over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, and more than a decade dedicated to student housing, Victoria brings deep market insight, a strong national network, and a client-focused approach to every transaction. Prior to joining Berkadia, she was a key contributor to Cushman & Wakefield’s national Student Housing Capital Markets team, closing more than $1.4 billion in aggregate sales volume.
Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. She is a licensed Florida Sales Associate and an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
