He is a well-established leader in multifamily transactions with his in-depth market knowledge and extensive transactional experience with large institutional quality assets, PFC structured lease ups and middle market family office investments. In San Antonio, Caruth is the leading PFC structured investment sales specialist, and he continues to excel in facilitating new construction and Class-A designated property dispositions at a sophisticated level. His list of clients includes private investment companies, REITS, pension funds, and diversified investors.
Mr. Caruth is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, an Eagle Scout, and is a member of the Texas Cavaliers, San Antonio German Club, Order of the Alamo, and a long-time volunteer for the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo.
