RICHMOND, Va. – April 28, 2022 – Berkadia announced today the financing secured for Huntington Pointe Apartments, a to-be constructed 176-unit garden-style multifamily property in Newport News, Virginia. Berkadia Completes $62.3 Million Sale of Multifamily Property in Florida
ORLANDO, Fla. – April 29, 2022 – Berkadia announced today the sale of The Lexington at Winter Park, a 228-unit multifamily property located in Winter Park, Florida.
