Brian Campbell, a Managing Director in Philadelphia, has earned industrywide respect as a specialist in the origination and structuring of financing for multifamily and commercial assets. With expertise in lending on both a regional and national scale, Brian has originated more than $9 billion of debt transactions since 2004.
Focused particularly on multifamily and industrial lending, Brian has vast experience in financing all property types and with multiple lending sources, such as agencies (market rate and affordable properties, including tax-credit transactions), life companies, banks, and Credit Tenant Lease lenders.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Brian earned his stripes in Investment Real Estate Sales in the Philadelphia market amassing more than 17 years of in-depth market knowledge.
Brian earned his Bachelor of Science degree from St. Joseph’s University.
