With over 30 years’ experience, Bob has distinguished himself as a respected authority on virtually every type of commercial loan – construction, interim, permanent mortgages, tax-free financing, participating mortgages, and equity investments – and for all manner of institution, including life insurance companies, banks, credit companies, investment banks, REITs and pension funds.
Bob earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.
