Mike Terry

Mike Terry is a Senior Director of Investment Sales based in Bozeman, MT. Mike joined Berkadia in September 2020 as Director, Investment Sales.

Prior to joining Berkadia, Mike was a Director at LIHTC Advisors, LLC, which was acquired by Berkadia in September 2020. Prior to joining LIHTC Advisors in 2019, Mike started his multifamily brokerage career in 2015 in Seattle, WA in an investment sales role for CBRE’s affordable team. Throughout his brokerage career, Mike has been involved in the marketing and disposition of over $1 billion of affordable housing sales across a number of states.

Prior to entering the brokerage industry, Mike had more than 12 years of experience in the mortgage banking and corporate banking industries. He spent six years with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle and ended his tenure there as a Vice President in the Bank’s Business Development Group. In that role he supported bank, credit union, and insurance company members in their use of the Bank’s structured funding products. Prior to the Federal Home Loan Bank, Mike spent the bulk of his career on the Capital Markets side of the residential mortgage industry.

Mike holds a Master’s degree from Creighton University in Investment Management and Financial Analysis and a Bachelor of Finance from the University of North Florida. Mike also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
