Scott Modelski is a Senior Director for Berkadia Scottsdale Mortgage Banking, specializing in arranging debt and equity solutions for multifamily and commercial real estate assets across the United States. With over 15 years of experience as both a direct lender and mortgage banker, Scott brings a wealth of expertise to his role.
Scott’s career began at Wells Fargo Bank where he held various positions including Construction Lending, Special Situations, and Private Banking. Following his tenure at Wells Fargo, he served as a commercial mortgage broker at Alpha Capital CRE and Black Bear Capital Partners.
Scott holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Real Estate & Urban Economics; Finance, Investment, and Banking from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He is an active member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association (WREAA), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and NAIOP.
