David Lansbury serves as a Senior Managing Director for Investment Sales out of the Charleston, SC office. He has been involved in over $2.5 billion in transaction volume.
Prior to joining Berkadia, David was part of CBRE’s Southeast Multifamily Team where they focused on covering South Carolina and the Southeast coastal regions. He has extensive experience in multifamily investment sales and local/regional market knowledge which helps to produce creative strategies that help clients make informed decisions across-the-board.
David holds a Bachelor of Arts from University of Tennessee and a Master of Science from the College of Charleston.
