Brad Burns is a Senior Director in Berkadia’s Scottsdale, AZ office. Mr. Burns is responsible for providing debt and equity solutions to commercial real estate developers and owners throughout the United States. He specializes in multifamily debt financing with FHA/HUD, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac along with an acute focus on development advisory services for market rate, workforce, and affordable housing developers.
Mr. Burns began his career in Berkadia’s Chicago office in 2010, starting as an underwriter in the HUD/FHA underwriting department before moving to originations in 2014. Since that time, he has been responsible for over $1.5 billion in closed transactions.
Mr. Burns holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Missouri.
