Deborah Perlowin is the Chief Operating Officer – Production at Berkadia, based in the Atlanta office. In her role, Deborah plays a key part in enhancing Berkadia’s platform to drive revenue, improve client experience, and strengthen Producer enablement. She oversees U.S. and Global Production Operations, providing exceptional support to the Mortgage Banking and Investment Sales networks.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Deborah served as the Operations Transformation & Enablement Leader at US Bank. There, she led large-scale initiatives that significantly increased operational efficiency and drove business results to meet client needs. Her proven leadership capabilities and deep operational expertise have been invaluable assets in her career, making her a key player in advancing Berkadia’s strategic goals.
Deborah holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Biosystems from University College Dublin and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computers for Engineers from Trinity College Dublin.
