Berkadia Facilitates Sale of Ashton Court and Ashton Place Multifamily Properties in Kansas City, Missouri
Kansas City, Missouri – September 18, 2025 – Berkadia, a distinguished leader in the commercial real estate sector, announced the successful sale of Ashton Court, a 41-unit multifamily property, and Ashton Place, a 37-unit, garden-style multifamily property located in Kansas City, Missouri.
The transaction was led by Senior Director Michael Spero, Director Niko Vrentas, and Associate Director Simon Rodewald of Berkadia Kansas City, representing the seller Shawnee, Kansas based Landmark Realty. The properties were acquired by Kansas City, Missouri based G1, Real Estate.
