Fairway, Kansas – September 19, 2025 – Berkadia, a distinguished leader in the commercial real estate sector, announced the successful sale of The Marseilles Apartments, a 28-unit, garden-style multifamily property located in Fairway, Kansas.
The transaction was led by Senior Director Michael Spero, Director Niko Vrentas, and Associate Director Simon Rodewald of Berkadia Kansas City, representing the seller, a private Missouri based partnership. The property was acquired by QMR Partners, LLC, based in Northfield, Illinois.
