Born and raised in the Kansas City metro, Michael grew up immersed in real estate, surrounded by family members active across the industry, including investment sales brokerage. Michael joined Berkadia in 2021, influenced in part by his cousin, Kenny Dudunakis—an original Berkadian following the Hendricks & Partners acquisition—who spoke highly of the firm’s platform, culture, and commitment to investing in its people, resources, and technology.
