Berkadia Completes Sale and Secures $8.8 Million in Financing for Manufactured Housing Community in Arizona
Bullhead City, Arizona – March 31, 2026 – Berkadia Manufactured Housing announced today the sale and financing of Silverview RV Resort, a 423-site RV resort in Bullhead City, Arizona.
Director Hunter LaRocca along with Senior Managing Director Kevan Enger, Managing Director Ian Hilpl, and Director Brian Hummell of Berkadia’s Manufactured Housing Investment Sales team led the sale on behalf of the seller, New York-based Castle Park Investments.
Managing Director Anthony Golebiewski and Associate Director Phil Noto of Berkadia’s Boston office secured $8.8 million in acquisition permanent financing through a regional bank on behalf of the buyer, Silverview RV Resort LLC. The five-year non-recourse loan featured a 5.34% interest rate, 2 years of interest-only, followed by a 25-year amortization schedule
