Anthony Golebiewski joined Berkadia in 2014 and is a Managing Director with Berkadia Boston Mortgage Banking and Berkadia Manufactured Housing. In this role, Mr. Golebiewski is responsible for providing debt and equity solutions nationwide for all commercial real estate property types, with a strong emphasis on manufactured housing communities and RV resorts. Given his experience, Anthony has extensive knowledge of agency (Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac), life insurance company, bank, CMBS, debt fund, and bridge financing options.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Anthony worked at a boutique mortgage banking company from 2009 to 2014, that was then sold to Berkadia.
