Berkadia Completes Sale and Secures Financing for Two Multifamily Properties in Augusta, Georgia

Atlanta, Georgia – July 8, 2026 – Berkadia, a distinguished leader in the commercial real estate sector, announced today the sale and financing of two garden-style multifamily properties in Augusta, Georgia: Stevens Creek Commons and Marks Church Commons. Senior Director Mike Riley, Director Ian Shaw, and Senior Managing Directors Andrew Mays and Paul Vetter of Berkadia Atlanta led the sale on behalf of the seller, Haley Real Estate Group, based in Omaha, Nebraska. The transaction closed on June 24th, 2026.

Directors Jake Adoni and Jeremy Lynch of Berkadia’s Philadelphia office secured financing through Freddie Mac on behalf of the buyer, Graycliff Capital Partners, based in Greenville, South Carolina.

Stevens Creek Commons, located at 100 Bon Air Drive, comprises 256 units and was built in 1986. The property features solid brick exteriors on concrete slabs, a low-density site layout, mature landscaping, and a strong amenity package. The unit mix includes 104 one-bedroom units and 152 two-bedroom units. All units include washer and dryer appliances, and many also feature fireplaces.

Marks Church Commons, located at 1700 Bowdoin Drive, comprises 160 units and was built in 1988. Like Stevens Creek Commons, the property features solid brick exteriors on concrete slabs, a low-density site layout, mature landscaping, and a strong amenity package. The property consists of 88 one-bedroom units and 72 two-bedroom units.
