Berkadia Announces the Sale of Westpark Medical Center in Euless, Texas
Euless, Texas – October 7, 2026 – Berkadia, a distinguished leader in the commercial real estate sector, announced today the sale of Westpark Medical Center, a 53,871-square-foot, Class A outpatient medical building located in the Dallas MSA. Managing Director Vasili Davos, Senior Managing Director Sabrina Solomiany, Managing Directors Eric Lee and Chris Lashmet and Vice President Jordyn Kelly of Berkadia Medical & Life Sciences led the transaction on behalf of the seller.
The property was acquired by Atlanta-based SG Property Services.

At the time of marketing, the property was 80.3% occupied and anchored by MacArthur Medical Center, a regional women’s and family healthcare provider. The property’s tenant mix also includes providers across fertility, imaging, diagnostics, dermatology, rheumatology, podiatry, pharmacy, and clinical research services.
The property is located adjacent to Texas Health Hurst-Euless-Bedford, a 252-bed acute-care hospital and Level III Trauma Center within the Texas Health Resources system. This proximity supports physician connectivity, patient convenience and demand for outpatient medical services in the broader Mid-Cities area. The asset includes approximately 10,600 square feet of available space, providing the new owner with an opportunity to further expand the building’s medical tenancy.
