Allie Black is an Associate within the Berkadia Strategic Capital Group. Ms. Black joined Berkadia in June 2026 and brings to the platform 7 years of experience in institutional capital placement and end-to-end transaction management, including financial modeling, due diligence, material preparation, and capital outreach. Over the course of her career, she has completed more than $5.6 billion in transactions across the capital stack.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Ms. Black was a Capital Markets Associate at JLL, where she was a member of the Debt & Equity team and helped place capital across a broad range of asset classes, including Living (Multifamily, Student, Seniors, For-Sale Condos), Industrial, Office, Retail, Hospitality (Hotel, Short-Term Rentals, Event Centers), Land, Life Sciences, and Self-Storage. Before JLL, she served as a Capital Markets Associate at Hanover Company, a luxury multifamily development firm that stands among the most active in the United States. Ms. Black holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & American Studies from the University of Virginia.
