Amanda Kursawe is the Senior Director of Operations for Berkadia’s Seniors Housing & Healthcare Investment Sales team. With more than 17 years of experience in the seniors housing sector, she plays a central role in overseeing the team’s operational infrastructure, production processes, and analytical functions. Amanda manages transactions throughout the full investment sales lifecycle—from initial valuation and underwriting through marketing, due diligence, and closing—helping ensure consistent execution for clients and internal stakeholders.
In addition to her transaction and operations responsibilities, Amanda supports Berkadia’s corporate seniors housing marketing and advertising initiatives and contributes to the development and execution of team strategy.
Over the past 14 years, Amanda has been involved in nearly $10 billion in seniors housing investment sales transactions. Prior to joining Berkadia, she held seniors housing investment sales roles at JLL, Greystone, and ARA, after beginning her career at Brookdale Senior Living.
