Andrew Lanzaro is a Director for Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare in New York City, specializing in financing solutions for owners and operators of seniors housing and skilled nursing communities nationwide through HUD programs and Berkadia’s Balance Sheet. With over ten years of experience, Andrew has been involved in more than $5.5 billion in financings across over 300 loans at Berkadia, including helping to structure and originate over $1.1 billion across more than 70 loans since 2022.
Prior to joining Berkadia in 2015, Andrew worked at Contemporary Healthcare Capital, which provided senior and mezzanine loans and preferred equity investments to seniors housing and healthcare owner/operators for acquisitions, refinancing, and development projects.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a concentration in Financial Policy and a minor in English from Lafayette College and completed a finance course at the London School of Economics in 2012.
