Ben has closed more than $1 billion in loans nationwide throughout his career. He specializes in construction, bridge, and permanent financing for commercial real estate and multifamily properties, leveraging a broad range of capital sources including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, life insurance companies, banks, CMBS lenders, and bridge lenders.
A recognized financing subject matter expert, Ben has participated in industry panels for Interface and Midwest Real Estate News. He earned a Bachelor of Finance from Iowa State University’s Ivy College of Business and achieved his CCIM designation in 2024.
Ben resides in Olathe, Kansas, with his wife and daughter.
