Blake Okland is Chief Revenue Officer at Berkadia and serves on the firm’s Management Committee. He is responsible for client growth, relationships, and leading the strategic direction of Berkadia Investment Sales and Mortgage Banking. Additionally, Mr. Okland is focused on integrating Berkadia’s capital markets platforms, while seamlessly delivering exceptional service and client satisfaction.
Mr. Okland joined Berkadia in 2026 and brings extensive leadership experience across multifamily capital markets, mortgage banking, investment sales, and strategic growth. Prior to joining Berkadia, he held senior leadership roles at Cushman & Wakefield, Greystone, Newmark, and ARA, where he led national teams, advanced platform integration, and supported business expansion initiatives across the multifamily sector. Earlier in his career, he held roles at CBRE and Archstone-Smith Communities Trust.
Mr. Okland earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Point Loma Nazarene University. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the National Multifamily Housing Council and a member of the Urban Land Institute.
