Brad Biddle is Director of Mortgage Banking in the Portland, Oregon office, focusing on multifamily financing in the Pacific Northwest. He has a diverse background working across all product types in various capacities since 2006 including finance, investment sales, leasing, and consulting where he has underwritten more than 500 properties at various levels and was directly involved in over 125 sales and loan transactions totaling over $850 million.
Brad has degrees in Finance and Real Estate Finance from Portland State University, with minors in Real Estate Development and Urban Planning. Brad resides in Portland and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
