Brendan Shields is a Senior Managing Director with Berkadia Boston Investment Sales, where he advises multifamily owners and investors on property sales and capitalizations throughout New England. He specializes in the origination and execution of multifamily investment sales transactions and works with Berkadia’s integrated platform to deliver tailored capital markets solutions for clients.
Mr. Shields joined Berkadia from Walker & Dunlop’s Boston investment sales platform. Earlier, he spent five years as a Vice President in JLL’s Capital Markets Group. He began his commercial real estate career in acquisitions and development with Back Bay Development Group. Mr. Shields brings more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience and has been involved in more than $15 billion in property sales and capitalizations.
Mr. Shields holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, from the College of Charleston.
