Cody Courtney is a Senior Director for Berkadia in San Antonio. Since joining in 2014, Mr. Courtney has been directly involved in the excess of over $2.5 billion of multifamily transactions. Born and raised in San Antonio, Mr. Courtney has a deep understanding of the market’s fundamentals and has an excellent awareness of the expansive growth in progress. Leveraging Berkadia’s national marketing sales platform, that contains a wide array of debt and equity options, Mr. Courtney heads up advisory needs for clients that include acquisitions, dispositions, marketing, valuations, negotiations, and more.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Mr. Courtney directly assisted the head of one of the largest multifamily practices in the county for three years at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.
Mr. Courtney is a graduate of Texas Tech University, an Eagle Scout, Board member of the San Antonio German Club and a volunteer for The Christus Children’s Initiative and the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo.
