Connor Lemley serves as an Associate Director for Berkadia Mortgage Banking in Bellevue, WA, where he specializes in providing debt and equity solutions to commercial real estate developers and owners nationwide. His expertise lies in the market-rate multifamily sector, with a focus on construction, bridge, and permanent financing, as well as common equity sourcing for acquisition, recap, and development.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Connor was Vice President at CBRE Seattle, where he excelled in a similar capacity for nine years. During his tenure, he successfully sourced several billion dollars in debt and equity, financing a diverse range of projects from SBL apartment loans to large-scale institutional developments. His team catered to clients across the United States, closing deals in over 10 states. In his final year at CBRE, Connor ranked among the top three producers in the Seattle office.
Connor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economics from the University of Washington, graduating in 2012. He actively participates in various trade organizations in Seattle, including NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
