Dan Geuther is a Managing Director with Berkadia Cleveland Mortgage Banking. Mr. Geuther has been with Berkadia since 2016 and specializes in originating and structuring complex real estate financing and equity placements. Throughout his career, Mr. Geuther has successfully originated over $4.5 billion across more than 200 debt and equity transactions.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Mr. Geuther was a Principal for 4 years with RiverCore Capital, where he originated and structured commercial real estate financings. Prior to RiverCore Capital, Mr. Geuther served as an Associate with The Townsend Group, where he advised institutional investors on commercial real estate investments with aggregate portfolios exceeding $10 billion. During his tenure, he underwrote direct asset acquisitions and private equity real estate funds and played a key role in recommending and investing over $2.5 billion of client equity capital.
Mr. Geuther holds a BS in Finance, Cum Laude, from Miami University and is a member of the Urban Land Institute. He also serves on the boards of the Cleveland Clinic Children’s Leadership Council and Fill This House.
