Mr. Barratt has achieved highest price-per-unit and per-square-foot sales in Utah on numerous transactions which include The Vue, Nexus on 9th, and Paragon Station.
Prior to Berkadia, Barratt financed over 250 different multifamily properties across the nation while at Deutsche Bank in San Francisco. Barratt earned his degree from Cornell University, where he served as the captain of the men’s basketball team.
