Jeffrey Stuart

Jeff Stuart is a Managing Director of Mortgage Banking sitting out of the Seattle, WA office.

Prior to joining Berkadia in 2013, Jeff Stuart was a mortgage banker with Alliant Capital where he originated over $250 million of affordable housing loans, and over $1 billion multifamily mortgages in aggregate. He was a developer of single-family housing communities in the 1990s; an asset manager – leasing up 1,200 multifamily units in the late 80s; and was a CPA with Deloitte Seattle.
